When you have a group where people are from different countries, this icebreaker becomes easy. Give people a second or 2 to describe countries they are from or places they would love to visit. Everyone else in the group needs to guess the country. Once guessed, the person who originally described it needs to share why the country is their favorite.
Picture Scavenger Hunting
Worth 1000s of words, using photographs in a scavenger hunt puts a great new twist on an old favorite that all ages enjoy. Hand out a list composed of words such as “sisters,” “son,” “daughter,” “spouse,” “honeymoon,” “birthday,” etc. Next, go around the room and find people with the appropriate pictures and have them sign next to the words on the list. The person who finishes first wins.
Maroon 3

Give the group 1-2 minutes to think about which 3 persons they would bring with them if they were marooned on an island which was deserted. Ask them to introduce themselves and share their thoughts with the rest.
Bingo People
Bingo People is one of the most popular ice breaker activities since it is easily customizable for all situations and groups and everyone knows how to play it. You can make cards for bingo using characteristics. If you know the group participants, you can list traits such as “has an ankle tattoo” or “swims once a week.” For a group whose participants are unfamiliar to you, you can make general statements such as “owns a dog,” “loves oatmeal” or “goes to the gym.”
Each participant gets a Bingo card and has to go around the room finding the person matching the listed card traits. The person who gets a straight line yells B-I-N-G-O and this ends the game.
